8-9-10 Hour Fishing Trips
- $130.00 per person
- Spectators are ½ price.
- Boats depart at 8:00 am Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, and Sunday.
- Boats depart at 6:00 am Wed and Sat. (on Sat and Holidays add $5)
12-Hour Fishing Trip
- $160.00 per person
- Spectators are ½ price.
- Boats depart at 6:00 am Wed and Sat. (on Sat and Holidays add $5)
Details:
- A fishing license is required for seventeen and older on all fishing trips.
- All fishing equipment, tackle, and baits are included in the price of your trip ticket. Each boat has an ice-cold fish box that will keep your fish fresh on the way back to the dock. Live bait is provided when available.
- Our boats have a/c and heated cabins with full concessions, stocked with water, soda, beer, snacks, crackers, chips, and sandwiches. NO FOOD, DRINKS, OR COOLERS ALLOWED ON BOARD.
- At the dock, we have professional fish cleaners who will clean, wash, and bag your catch at only .40/lb. We provide freezing for your fish for up to two weeks at no additional cost.
Private Charters and Group Rates
We also provide 9-hour charters on the Dolphin. Rates for 1-15 people are $3,200, contact office for more information.
- All fishing trip reservations are considered tentative until the trip is paid in full. There will be no refunds unless a reservation is canceled 30 days before a 12-hour or shorter trip (90 days for a 30-hour trip or longer) or until your vacancy is filled. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the cost of the trip.
- Should there be a substantial increase in the cost of diesel fuel, we may find it necessary to impose a surcharge on the fishing trips, payable on the day of the trip.
- All private bookings need to be made well in advance. If you are considering booking a boat and are leaning towards a certain date or dates you can call and put a hold on that date with half down to be sure all arrangements can be made.
- Although the captains and crew try their best, these are FISHING trips. There is no guaranteed catch.
Clear Bag Policy

- Why is Clear Bag Policy Requirement Necessary?
- The clear bag requirement serves several essential purposes:
- Enhance Security
- One of the primary reasons for implementing this policy is to enhance security. Transparent bags allow our Staff and Crew to quickly and easily see the contents, reducing the risk of prohibited items, such as weapons or contraband, food and drink being brought onto the vessels.
- Efficient Boarding
- Clear bags expedite the boarding process. With crew able to identify items without extensive bag searches, attendees can board the vessel more quickly, reducing wait times and ensuring that trips start on time.
- Safety
- In case of emergencies or medical situations, clear bags make it easier for staff and first responders to identify and assist individuals in need.
- FAQ’s
- Are there exceptions to the clear bag requirements, such as for medical purposes?
- It’s advisable to contact the office, (361)749-4188 in advance and inquire about their specific policies regarding medical exemptions.
- Can I bring food and drinks in a clear bag on a vessel?
- Food and drinks (including alcohol) are NOT permitted on board any of our day trips.
- What happens if I arrive at the vessel with a non-compliant bag?
- If you arrive with a non-compliant bag, you may be asked to return it to your vehicle or dispose of it before boarding the vessel. We do have clear bags in the store, available for purchase. It’s best to check the policy and come prepared to avoid any inconvenience.
- What about tackle bags/boxes or bags for long range trips?
- Tackle bags/boxes and bags for long range trips are still permitted, however you might be asked to open it.
- Are there exceptions to the clear bag requirements, such as for medical purposes?
